As it turns out, the injury sustained by Andrei Markov Thursday against the Leafs is quite serious and will sideline the defenceman for upto 4 months.
Simply a huge blow for the Habs who will have to look for help from within. For now Roman Hamrlik and Yannick Weber, recently called up from Hamilton (AHL), will be the beneficiaries.
